Terms of service

Better Muse AI — Terms of Service

Effective date: October 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bettermuseai.com (the "Site"), purchasing a Better Muse AI Membership, registering as a member or as an affiliate, or using any related service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (these "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("you," "the Member") and the Company identified in Section 2.

The Site also publishes a plain-language summary of the membership terms for quick reference. That summary is provided for convenience only; if there is any conflict between the summary and these Terms, these Terms control.

2. Who We Are; Independence from Meta

Better Muse AI is a membership program ("we," "us," "the Company"). Better Muse AI designs and delivers custom configurations for use inside Muse, the artificial intelligence product offered by Meta.

We are independent of Meta. Better Muse AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Meta. Muse is Meta's product. We do not control Muse, its availability, its features, its pricing, or its terms, and Meta is not a party to these Terms. Nothing on the Site or in our materials states or implies the contrary.

3. The Membership: What You Are Buying

A Better Muse AI Membership is a one-time purchase that includes:

  • One custom Muse configuration, built for you — your choice, selected at purchase or intake, of either:
    • a custom Chief of Staff system, configured around your business or work; or
    • a custom Undeniable system, configured around your own role and work as an individual. An Undeniable system is built for the individual member; it is a personal productivity tool for the member's own career and is never an assessment of the member for any employer or third party.
  • Lifetime Membership, as defined in Section 19, including for so long as the membership lasts:
    • Quarterly retunes, free for life, as described in Section 9;
    • The Custom Library — a continuously updated collection of copy-and-paste side-chat configurations, delivered by email and archived on a library shelf in the member area;
    • Weekly training articles, published in the member area and available on login;
    • The Better Muse for You Daily Tip, delivered through a private Telegram broadcast channel; and
    • Private member support, one-on-one through our support channel, as described in Section 10.

Membership is personal to the purchasing member. It may not be transferred, resold, shared, or assigned, except with our written consent.

The Site may also offer free informational tools (such as the Better Muse Snapshot). Use of any free tool is governed by these Terms, and a free tool creates no membership and no entitlement to membership benefits.

4. Eligibility; Your Muse Account; Member Account

  • Age. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Membership or register as an affiliate.
  • Your own Muse account is required. The deliverables we build run inside your own Muse account. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining that account, and any Muse subscription or usage fees are paid by you directly to Meta under Meta's own terms. We do not resell, bundle, or collect payment for Muse.
  • Member account. Portions of the Service (the member area, the Custom Library shelf, training articles, and the retune center) require a member login. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
  • No credentials in forms. We do not ask for, and you must not send us, your passwords, access codes, API keys, banking details, or other account credentials — not in any form, email, or support conversation. Connections that require credentials are handled by you, inside your own accounts.

5. Ordering, Delivery, and Installation

  • Intake. After purchase, you will complete an intake (and, for retunes, periodic questionnaires) telling us how you work and what you need. We build only from the information you provide and the materials you explicitly approve.
  • Digital delivery by email. Your custom configuration is delivered digitally by email (a "Delivery Email") and includes your custom Master Prompt together with installation materials and a step-by-step installation guide. Delivery occurs when the Delivery Email is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Keep that address accurate and check spam or promotions folders.
  • You install it. Your configuration is installed by you, into your own Muse account, by pasting the delivered Master Prompt into your Muse as a message, following the installation guide. The Master Prompt then configures your Muse and creates your system's side chats as described in the materials. We do not access your Muse account, and we cannot install into it for you except through Assisted Retuning under Section 9.
  • Human review. Before your configuration is delivered, a human reviews it. Delivery does not require any physical shipment; the product is entirely digital.
  • Delivery records. We keep records of orders, delivery, and access (including send and delivery logs for the Delivery Email) to operate the Service and as evidence of delivery under Section 8. Delivery is complete on sending, whether or not you complete installation; failure to install does not make a delivered product undelivered.

6. Fees and Payment

  • Price. The Membership price is $1,499 (U.S. dollars), one time. There is no recurring membership fee.
  • Crypto saving. If you pay with cryptocurrency, a 5% saving applies: the price is $1,424 (flat). The saving is a payment-method saving on the checkout price; it does not change what the Membership includes.
  • Payment methods. We accept: (a) cryptocurrency, processed through our crypto payment processor (NOWPayments); and (b) payment cards, processed through Stripe — card payments are COMING SOON and are not available until we announce their availability on the Site. Until card payments are announced, checkout is by cryptocurrency.
  • Processors. Payments are processed by third-party processors. We do not receive or store your full card number. Cryptocurrency payments are converted at the rate provided by the processor at the time of payment and are subject to the processor's confirmation requirements; a crypto order is complete when the processor confirms receipt of the invoiced amount.
  • Taxes. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and do not include any taxes that may apply to your purchase; any such taxes are your responsibility except where we are required to collect them.
  • Price changes. We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects a purchase already completed.

7. Discount Codes

  • From time to time, we may make discount codes available. If a discount code is made available and you use one — for example, a code for 20% off — the code is single-use unless we state otherwise in writing, and the terms in this Section apply to that purchase.
  • Discount codes work only with cryptocurrency payment. A code cannot be applied to a card payment.
  • When a valid code is applied to a crypto checkout, the amount invoiced in cryptocurrency is computed from the U.S. dollar price as: invoice amount = fiat price × (1 − discount %). The 5% crypto saving in Section 6 does not stack on top of a discount code; the code's percentage is the reduction applied to that order.
  • Codes have no cash value, may not be sold or transferred, and may be revoked if obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to the terms on which they were issued.

8. All Sales Final; No Refunds; Chargebacks

  • All sales are final. The Membership is a custom-built digital product, made to order from your intake and delivered digitally. We do not offer refunds — in whole or in part, and whether or not you install or use the deliverables — except where a refund is required by applicable law.
  • Chargebacks are a breach of these Terms. Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or similar dispute for a delivered Membership — rather than contacting us to resolve a problem — is a material breach of these Terms. If a payment is charged back or reversed: (a) your Membership and access to the member area, Custom Library, training, retune benefits, and affiliate account (if any) may be terminated immediately; (b) you are liable for the purchase amount, any processor or dispute fees we incur, and the recovery of any affiliate commissions paid out on the sale; and (c) we may offset those amounts against any sums otherwise payable to you.
  • Delivery evidence. We maintain order records, the checkout terms acceptance, assembly and delivery logs, and email delivery records for each purchase, and we will rely on them in responding to any dispute.
  • Talk to us first. If something about your purchase or delivery is wrong, contact support at support@bettermuseai.com. Most delivery problems (a missed email, a wrong address, an installation snag) are fixable, and we would rather fix them than fight about them — but the no-refund policy in this Section stands.

9. Quarterly Retunes; Assisted Retuning

  • What a retune is. Each quarter, members in good standing are offered a retune of their purchased configuration. At its core, a retune tests your current configuration against samples of your own work, keeps only improvements that prove themselves against the configuration you already have, and folds in new library configurations and platform developments where relevant. A retune produces: any improved configuration that results, and an improvement report describing what changed and what was measured.
  • Free for life. The retune itself — the testing, the improvement work, the delivery of the updated configuration, and the improvement report — is free for the life of your Membership. There is no per-retune charge for the retune itself, ever.
  • What we need from you. To perform a retune we will ask you to complete a short quarterly questionnaire (including your current configuration version and any issues you have noticed). A retune can only be performed for members who respond; if you do not complete the questionnaire for a quarter, that quarter's retune simply does not run, at no cost and no penalty.
  • Installation is self-service. Your retune arrives ready to install, with a step-by-step guide — self-installation is always free, the same way your original system was installed.
  • Assisted Retuning (optional, $199 per retune). If you prefer, a specialist will install a retune with you in a guided session, verifying the updated configuration is live. Assisted Retuning is $199 per retune, is entirely optional, and covers installation of that quarter's delivered retune only. It does not include general troubleshooting, repair of changes you or third parties made to your configuration, or other hands-on work; any such work is scoped and priced separately, openly, before it begins.

10. Custom Library, Training, Daily Tip, and Support

  • Custom Library. Library configurations are licensed to you for your own use in your own Muse account for so long as your Membership lasts. They are provided as copy-and-paste materials and are updated continuously; each email drop is also archived on your library shelf in the member area. You may not redistribute, publish, resell, or share library configurations, Master Prompts, or other member materials outside your own account — they are a membership benefit, not a product for resale.
  • Training. Weekly training articles are published in the member area for members on login. Training content is educational material under Section 15.
  • Daily Tip. The Better Muse for You Daily Tip is delivered through a private Telegram broadcast channel. Receiving it requires a Telegram account; Telegram is a third-party service governed by its own terms. Channel subscribers are not visible to one another.
  • Support. Member support is private and one-on-one. You reach support through our support channel, where common questions are answered promptly from our guides and installation materials, and questions that need a human are escalated to a specialist. We do not operate public community rooms or group chats for members. Support covers the Service we provide; it does not include support for Muse itself, which is Meta's responsibility.

11. White-Glove Engagements

We offer a white-glove tier — a scoped engagement at a flat $9,999 — for buyers whose needs exceed a single configuration, within an envelope of up to 6 department side chats and up to 10 Undeniable seats. Work beyond that envelope is priced openly and agreed before it begins. White-glove engagements may be documented in a separate statement of work; if a statement of work conflicts with these Terms, the statement of work controls for that engagement. Except as a statement of work provides, these Terms — including the payment, all-sales-final, and intellectual property provisions — apply to white-glove engagements.

12. Your Content and Ownership

You own the content, materials, and information you submit to us. By submitting them, you grant us the limited right to use them solely to design, build, validate, deliver, retune, and support your system and to operate the Service. We build only from what you submit and from materials you explicitly approve. We do not import one client's or member's context into another member's system: your information is used for your system, not for anyone else's.

13. Our Intellectual Property; License and Restrictions

The Service, our methods, our research and configuration-development processes, our templates, the Custom Library, our training materials, and the underlying techniques we use to build and retune Muse configurations remain the exclusive property of the Company. Delivering a configuration to you gives you the right to use that configuration in your own Muse account for your own business or work; it does not transfer ownership of our platform, methods, library, or proprietary components, and it does not give you the right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish your Master Prompt, your configurations, or any member materials, or to use them to build systems for third parties.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, the member area, or another member's materials; interfering with the Service's operation; using the Service or any deliverable for unlawful purposes; submitting content you do not have the right to submit; sending us credentials of any kind (see Section 4); or using your configuration to violate Meta's terms for Muse or any applicable law. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the Service, other members, or the Company.

15. AI Output — Important Disclaimers

  • AI output can be wrong. Your configuration runs on Muse, an artificial intelligence system. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or fabricated, even when it sounds confident. You must review output before relying or acting on it, particularly before sending, publishing, purchasing, scheduling, deleting, or committing to anything outside your Muse account.
  • No professional advice. Nothing provided through the Service — configurations, training, Daily Tips, library materials, retune reports, or support answers — is financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and no output of your system is a substitute for a qualified professional. Consult licensed professionals for those matters.
  • Your decisions are yours. You are responsible for the instructions you give your system, the permission settings you choose, and the decisions you make using it. Your system acts under your direction, in your account.

16. Disclaimers of Warranties

The Service and every deliverable are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in these Terms. Without limiting that: we do not warrant that Muse will remain available, unchanged, or compatible with any configuration; that any system will produce any particular business, productivity, or financial result; or that training, tips, or library materials will fit any particular use. No earnings, savings, or time-recovery figures in our materials are promises of results.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data in your third-party accounts (including your Muse account), or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service, of Muse, or of any configuration or output.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms or of any third party's terms or rights, or actions taken by your system at your direction.

19. Term and Termination; What "Lifetime" Means

  • "Lifetime" defined. "Lifetime Membership" and "free for life" mean: for so long as the Company operates the Better Muse AI Membership program. Your delivered configuration lives in your own Muse account and remains yours to use there, subject to Meta's terms, even if the program changes or ends.
  • If the program ends. If we ever discontinue the Membership program, we will give members reasonable notice (at least 90 days) and will deliver any retune then in progress. Discontinuation does not entitle any member to a refund of a delivered Membership except where required by law.
  • Termination by you. You may stop using the Service at any time. Stopping does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Termination by us. We may suspend or terminate your Membership and access for breach of these Terms (including Section 8 chargebacks and Section 14 misuse), fraud, or conduct that threatens the Service. Termination for breach is without refund.
  • Survival. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, intellectual property, all-sales-final, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive.

20. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time — for example, when a payment method launches or program features change. When we make a material change to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter the terms of a purchase already completed, except as required by law or as Section 8 provides.

21. Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

22. Notices and Contact

Questions about these Terms: legal@bettermuseai.com. Member support: support@bettermuseai.com. Legal notices to the Company may also be sent to: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Better Muse AI is a brand of Savage Strategy, LLC, the legal entity operating this program and your counterparty under these Terms.

23. General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and, for affiliates, the Affiliate Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede prior statements about it. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms or your Membership without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business, with notice where required by law.
