Effective date: October 15, 2026

This Affiliate Agreement (this "Agreement") is presented to you during affiliate registration. By registering for the Better Muse AI Affiliate Program (the "Program"), clicking to accept this Agreement, or using your referral link or Affiliate ID, you agree to its terms. The Program is operated by Better Muse AI (the "Company," "we," "us"). "You" and "Affiliate" mean the person registering.

1. The Program

The Program lets approved affiliates earn commissions by referring buyers to the Better Muse AI Membership (the "Membership") — a one-time purchase, list price $1,499, consisting of a custom Muse configuration (Chief of Staff or Undeniable) plus a Lifetime Membership, sold at bettermuseai.com. This Agreement works together with the Site's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; if this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service on a Program matter, this Agreement controls for that matter.

2. Registration, Approval, and No Purchase Requirement

• Registration is free. Joining this Program never requires purchasing a Membership or any product — there is no pay-to-play. You do not need to be a member to be an affiliate, and no purchase, fee, or inventory requirement of any kind is a condition of registration, approval, or earning commissions.
• Approval. Registration does not guarantee approval. We may approve or decline any registration, and may re-review an approved affiliate, at our discretion. You must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Quick Start Package. Approved affiliates receive the Program's Quick Start Package (referral assets, copy, and guidance) free.

3. Your Affiliate ID — the One Code

• On approval, you have one Affiliate ID (your "One Code"), which is used in your referral link and for attribution. You may register either your own Muse referral code or a system-generated 6-character ID as your One Code.
• Uniqueness; first-registered wins. A code can belong to only one affiliate. If a code you choose is already registered, you must choose another.
• Changes. You may change your One Code once, and only before your first attributed sale. After your first attributed sale, your One Code is locked and cannot be changed.
• You are responsible for all promotion conducted under your One Code and referral link, including promotion by anyone you share them with.

4. How Commissions Are Earned

• Rate. You earn 40% of the Membership list price on each attributed sale: $599.60 per sale (40% × $1,499).
• Commissions are pegged to the list price. The commission is calculated on the full $1,499 list price regardless of what the buyer actually paid — with one exception: a sale made using a discount code, covered in "Discount-code sales" below. In particular, when a buyer pays with cryptocurrency and receives the 5% crypto saving (paying $1,424), your commission is still $599.60 — the saving is absorbed by the Company, not by you.
• What counts as a sale. A commission is earned on a completed Membership purchase that our tracking system attributes to your referral link or One Code (last-click attribution, within 30 days of the referral click). A sale is not complete until payment is confirmed by the payment processor (for cryptocurrency, until the processor confirms receipt of the invoiced amount).
• Discount-code sales. When a buyer purchases using a discount code, the code is applied to the Membership list price first, and your commission is 40% of the resulting derived amount — not 40% of the list price. Example: on a sale using a 20% discount code, the derived amount is $1,199.20 ($1,499 × (1 − 20%)), and your commission is $479.68 (40% × $1,199.20). Because discount codes work only with cryptocurrency payment, a discount-code sale is always a crypto sale, and its commission is paid under the crypto payout timing in Section 5.
• White-glove engagements. White-glove engagements are scoped directly with the client and have no checkout, so the referral is recorded in the engagement record at scoping — the client identifies you as the referring affiliate, or your One Code is recorded with the engagement. An attributed white-glove engagement earns you the standard commission: 40% of the engagement price ($3,999.60 on a $9,999 engagement). It is paid under Section 5 by the engagement's payment method — card after the chargeback window, cryptocurrency in batches.
• Your own purchases. Purchasing a Membership through your own referral link is permitted. It is not, by itself, a violation of this Agreement, and any resulting commission is treated like any other attributed sale.
• No commission on your own fees. Commissions are earned only on Membership sales to buyers — never on any other product or service (for example, Assisted Retuning), unless we announce otherwise in writing.

5. Payouts

• Card sales — held for the chargeback window. Commissions on card sales are held until the applicable chargeback/dispute window for that sale has closed, and are then paid. This protects both of us: a card sale is not truly final until it can no longer be reversed.
• Crypto sales — final, paid in batches. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be charged back. Commissions on crypto sales are paid out in batches, typically daily. Batch timing is an operational practice, not a guaranteed schedule; occasional delays do not breach this Agreement.
• Payout details. You must keep accurate payout details in your affiliate account, including a cryptocurrency wallet address for crypto payouts. Commissions on card sales are paid by ACH transfer to the bank account you keep on file, once the applicable chargeback window for the sale has closed. Payouts are issued once your payable balance reaches a minimum of $50; smaller balances roll forward to the next payout run. We are not responsible for payments sent to a wallet address or account you provided that is inaccurate or inaccessible.
• Reversals and clawbacks. If a sale is charged back, reversed, refunded (where a refund is required by law), or determined to be fraudulent or unattributed in error, the corresponding commission is reversed. We may deduct reversed commissions from future payouts; if no future payouts are due and a balance remains, we may invoice you for the balance, and you agree to repay it within 30 days.
• Taxes. You are responsible for your own taxes on commissions. As a condition of payout, U.S. affiliates must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (or the applicable form for non-U.S. affiliates). We will issue information returns (such as Form 1099) where the law requires.

6. Quick Start Package and Program Materials

We may provide logos, copy, graphics, links, and other materials (including the Quick Start Package) for your promotion. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use those materials, as provided and unmodified except as the materials themselves invite, solely to promote the Membership under this Agreement. If we update materials or claims guidance, you must adopt the updated versions promptly and stop using superseded ones.

7. How You May Promote — Claims Discipline

These rules are conditions of the Program. Violating them can end your participation under Section 11, including forfeiture of unpaid commissions generated through the violating promotion.

• No income or earnings claims. Do not promise, state, or imply that anyone will earn any income, amount, or result from this Program or from buying a Membership — including by displaying your own commission amounts, dashboard screenshots, or payout records as an inducement. You may state the Program's commission rate and per-sale amount ($599.60) as program facts, in the form we provide them, without presenting them as expected or typical earnings.
• No Meta or Muse affiliation. Do not state or imply that Better Muse AI or you are affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Meta, or that Muse is our product. Better Muse AI makes Muse work better for its members; it is not Meta's program.
• Disclose your relationship. In every promotion, clearly and conspicuously disclose that you are an affiliate who may earn a commission — in the manner required by the FTC's endorsement guides and applicable law.
• No spam, no deception. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, post in communities in violation of their rules, use misleading headlines, fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or impersonate the Company, its operators, or any other person. Do not market through channels or content that are unlawful.
• Accuracy. State prices and terms accurately and currently: Membership $1,499 one time; 5% saving when paying with cryptocurrency ($1,424); all sales final; card payments only when we have announced they are available. Do not promise refunds, discounts beyond any code we have issued for distribution, results, or features we have not announced.

8. Earnings Disclaimer

The $599.60 figure is arithmetic, not a promise. It is 40% of the Membership list price — what one attributed sale earns. It is not a representation that you will make any sale, any number of sales, or any income. Affiliate earnings vary widely with effort, audience, and market conditions; many affiliates will earn little or nothing. The Company makes no guarantee of earnings, and no statement by the Company or any affiliate should be read as one. Do not use this disclaimer selectively — your promotion must not contradict it.

9. Independent Contractor; Your Responsibilities

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship, and you have no authority to bind the Company, accept orders, or make commitments on its behalf. You are responsible for your own expenses, tools, and taxes, and for complying with all laws and platform rules that apply to your promotion.

10. Brand Use and Intellectual Property

Better Muse AI, our logos, and Program materials are the Company's property. Except for the limited license in Section 6, you acquire no rights in them. You may not register or use domains, handles, or page names that present you as the Company or as an official channel (for example, names of the form "Official Better Muse AI" or confusingly similar variants), and you may not modify our materials in ways that alter their claims.

11. Term and Termination

• Term. This Agreement begins when you register and accept it, and continues until terminated.
• Termination by you. You may leave the Program at any time by written notice or by closing your affiliate account.
• Termination by us. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violation of this Agreement (including Section 7), fraud, or conduct that harms the Program, members, or the Company; we may also discontinue the Program on reasonable notice to affiliates.
• Effect of termination. Commissions properly earned on completed, non-reversed sales before termination remain payable under Section 5, except commissions generated through promotion that violated Section 7 or through fraud, which are forfeited. Sections 5 (as to accrued amounts), 7–10, and 12–14 survive termination.

12. Changes to the Program

We may change Program terms — including the commission rate, payout practices, and promotional rules — prospectively, by notice to affiliates (email or the affiliate area) before the change takes effect. Changes do not reduce commissions on sales completed before the effective date of the change. Your continued participation after a change takes effect is acceptance of it.

13. Liability; Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the commissions paid or payable to you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify the Company against claims and expenses arising from your promotion, your content, or your breach of this Agreement.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Program will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

15. General; Contact

This Agreement, with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as they apply to the Program, is the entire agreement between you and the Company about the Program. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continue in effect. You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent. Better Muse AI is a brand of Savage Strategy, LLC, the legal entity operating this program and your counterparty under this Agreement. Questions about the Program: affiliates@bettermuseai.com.
