Better Muse AI — Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026 · Last updated: October 15, 2026 · Applies to: bettermuseai.com, the Better Muse AI member area, affiliate registration, and the Better Muse for You Daily Tip channel.

Plain-language summary: We collect what we need to build your custom Muse configuration, deliver it, retune it quarterly, run the member area and the affiliate program, and support you. Your information is used for your system — never imported into another member's system, never shared with your employer, and never sold. Payments are processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Better Muse AI collects, why we collect it, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you. By using this website, purchasing a Membership, or registering as an affiliate, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Better Muse AI is a membership program ("Better Muse AI," "we," "us," or "our"). We build custom Muse configurations for two audiences:

  • Custom Chief of Staff for business owners and principals — a custom system configured around the owner's business, work, voice, and approval rules; and
  • Undeniable for individual employees — a personal productivity system designed around the employee's own work. Undeniable is bought by the employee, for the employee's career, not by an employer.

Better Muse AI is independent of Meta. Muse is Meta's product; your Muse account and your use of it are governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy, not this one (see Section 5).

If you have a privacy question, contact us at the address in Section 12.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to build and deliver your system, operate the membership and affiliate programs, and keep the Service secure. We do not ask for passwords, access codes, API keys, banking details, or other credentials in any form, email, or support conversation — and you should never send them to us.

2.1 Account and contact information

Your name, preferred name, email address, optional phone number, account credentials for the member area (stored in hashed form by our systems), and the dates of registration, purchase, and communications with us.

2.2 Intake, questionnaire, and build information

To design your configuration we collect the answers you provide in the intake and in periodic (including quarterly retune) questionnaires, and any materials you explicitly approve for your build. Depending on your path, this can include: your business or role context, outcomes and priorities, where work piles up, department or workflow definitions, communication style and voice preferences, permission and escalation settings, and reference materials you choose to provide.

Undeniable promise: information submitted for an Undeniable system belongs to the individual member alone. It is never shared with an employer — not the member's own employer and not any other — and we do not confirm to any employer whether a particular person is a member.

2.3 Orders and payment metadata

When you purchase, we receive and keep order records: what was purchased, the price and any discount code applied, the payment method used, transaction identifiers, and delivery status. Payments are processed by our payment processors (Section 7). We do not receive or store your full card number. For cryptocurrency payments, we record the transaction details the processor reports, including the invoiced amount and confirmation status.

2.4 Affiliate information

If you register as an affiliate, we collect: your registration details; your Affiliate ID (your "One Code" — either a Muse referral code you register or a system-generated identifier); referral and attribution data (link or code usage, attributed sales, commission amounts and their status — pending, payable, paid, or reversed); tax information we are required to collect (for example, a taxpayer identification form for U.S. affiliates); and the payout details you provide, including a cryptocurrency wallet address for commission payouts.

2.5 Delivery, access, and member-area records

We keep records of the delivery of your configuration (including email send, delivery, open, and click logs from our email provider), installation acknowledgments, member-area logins and activity (such as library access and retune submissions), and support escalations. We keep these records to operate the membership and as evidence of delivery.

2.6 Support conversations

When you contact support — through our private support channel, which answers common questions from our guides and escalates to a human specialist — we receive and keep the content of your messages and our responses, so we can help you and follow up.

2.7 Technical and security information

When you visit the Site or the member area, our hosting environment automatically records limited technical information needed to deliver pages and keep the Service secure — for example IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this information only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described in Section 2 only for the purposes below:

  • Build and delivery: to read your intake, design, configure, validate, and deliver your custom Muse system, and to confirm delivery;
  • Retunes and membership benefits: to run your quarterly retunes (including scoring your current configuration against samples of your own work and preparing your improvement report), to deliver Custom Library configurations by email and archive them on your library shelf, to publish weekly training articles, and to operate the Daily Tip channel;
  • Operation and support: to run your member account, answer support questions, escalate to a specialist where needed, and coach on use of your system;
  • Affiliate program: to attribute sales, calculate and pay commissions, provide your Quick Start Package, and meet tax-reporting obligations;
  • Orders and records: to process payments through our processors, keep delivery and access records, and respond to payment disputes; and
  • Security and legal compliance: to keep the Service secure, detect fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use one member's information to build or improve another member's system. Your context stays yours.

4. How Muse and our supporting infrastructure are involved

Your configuration is created with Muse's assistance: the intake and questionnaire materials you provide may be processed through Muse so we can translate your answers into a working configuration — drafting definitions, voice rules, and approval boundaries — and a human reviews the configuration before it is delivered to you. Quarterly retunes are performed the same way: Muse-assisted testing and drafting, human review before anything is delivered.

5. Your Muse account is yours

Your delivered configuration runs inside your own Muse account, under your direct relationship with Meta. We do not have access to your Muse account, and we do not receive the content of your conversations with your system except anything you choose to send us (for example, in a retune questionnaire or a support message). What you do inside your Muse account is governed by Meta's terms and privacy policy. The permission settings in your configuration — what your system may prepare, what it must ask about, and what it must never do — are yours to set and change.

6. What we do not do

  • No sale. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
  • No advertising sharing. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • No employer disclosure. We do not share Undeniable intakes, questionnaires, or membership information with employers, and we do not confirm to an employer whether a particular employee is a member.
  • No cross-member bleed. We do not import context from another member, another intake, or another engagement into your system. Each build is generated only from your own submissions and the materials you explicitly approve.
  • No credentials. We do not ask for, and you should not send, passwords, access codes, API keys, banking details, or other credentials in any form, email, or support conversation.

7. When we share information

We share information only in the limited circumstances below:

  • Payment processors: with Stripe (card payments, when available) and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency payments), to process your purchase and, for affiliates, commission payouts. Processors receive the information needed to process the transaction;
  • Email delivery: with Resend, to send your delivery email, Custom Library drops, and service messages;
  • Channels and hosting: with Telegram, to operate the private Daily Tip broadcast channel and the private support channel, and with the hosting and infrastructure providers that run the Site and member area. Providers process information only as necessary to provide their service to us;
  • Legal process: if required by law — for example in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or other legal process — or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company, our members, or others; and
  • Business transfer: in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to a commitment that the recipient honors this Policy or provides comparable protections, with notice to affected members where required by law.

We do not share information in any other circumstance without your direction.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We keep tracking to a minimum. The Site and member area use only the cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary to operate the pages, keep you logged in to the member area, remember progress within a form during a session, and keep the member area secure. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not embed third-party advertising tracking pixels on member pages. If any non-essential analytics are added in the future, this Policy will be updated before they are enabled.

9. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the membership you purchased — a lifetime membership is supported for the life of the program — to operate the affiliate program, and to maintain the records a responsible operator needs, including order, delivery, and access records kept to evidence delivery, defend against payment disputes and fraud, and meet tax and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or de-identify it. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal or operational need to retain it, we will do so as described in Section 10; certain order and transaction records may be retained where the law or dispute defense requires.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information: encrypted transmission, storage on secure hosted infrastructure, and access limited to the operators who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we limit what we collect and limit who can see it. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10. Your choices and rights

You are in control of the information you share:

  • Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete your information. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity (for example, by replying from the email address associated with your account) before acting. Deleting the information a build depends on may end our ability to retune or support that build; order and transaction records may be retained as described in Section 9.
  • Communications: service messages (delivery, library drops, retune notices) are part of the membership. You may leave the Daily Tip channel at any time in Telegram. You may opt out of any optional marketing emails without affecting your membership.
  • Affiliates: you may update your payout details and registration information through the affiliate area or by contacting us; tax forms already filed cannot be withdrawn.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, including rights to access, portability, restriction, or objection. Contact us using Section 12 and we will honor applicable rights.

11. Age

The Service is for adults. Memberships and affiliate registrations are available only to persons 18 years of age or older, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Contact and updates to this Policy

Questions about this Policy or about information you have provided can be sent to:

Better Muse AI • Email: privacy@bettermuseai.com • Website: bettermuseai.com

Better Muse AI is a brand of Savage Strategy, LLC, the legal entity operating this program and your counterparty under this Policy.

We may update this Policy from time to time — for example, when a payment method launches or the member area gains features. When we make a material change, we will post the revised Policy at bettermuseai.com/privacy and update the "Last updated" date at the top. The revised Policy applies to information collected after it takes effect; it does not retroactively change how we treat information collected under a prior version, except as required by law.

A note on scope

This Policy covers bettermuseai.com, the member area, and affiliate registration. It does not cover third-party services you use in connection with the membership — including Muse and Meta's services, Telegram, and our payment processors' own checkout pages — which have their own privacy policies. It also does not cover information you later choose to share inside your own Muse account, which is governed by Meta's policy and by the permission settings you choose, consistent with the commitments in this Policy.
